FORD F250 & 8' Camper

1992 Ford F250 5.8L V8 351W extended cab with 8’ bed and 8’ Lite-Craft Slide in Camper. Selling as a package. Clean title in hand. 185k miles but may go up as truck is driven often.
I bought it with the intention to keep forever but unfortunately have to downsize. She has been very well taken care of and will go the distance.
Camper includes fridge, 3 burner gas stove, propane tank, heater, interior/exterior lighting, outside awning, and queen bed. Also has clear and blackout covers for windows that still keep water out. No issues with leaks. Camper has storage inside all the dinette seating area and taller closet in corner.
Camper plugs in to power or runs off battery. Battery not included. Fridge works. Heater needs a new fan but does work. I haven’t had the time to address it and used a larger indoor propane heater (like a Mr. buddy) instead that worked perfect. I have all manuals for the appliances that includes detailed troubleshooting and repair instructions. Just haven't had time to invest into the camper like I'd hope but with a little more love it would be perfect!
I carry the camper and pull a 8x6 tilt raft trailer with 14' raft. I have no issues with power through any mountain pass but do take it slow for the long term. I planned to modify the 351W or consider swapping for a 460 when I needed more power/tow capacity. This was fine for now and I am confident for future uses like a larger trailer or towing a few animals depending on how frequently we would tow.
I've included a list of the new components, upgrades and work performed below. All work mentioned below was professionally done in Denver by Wesley Automotive and Denver Spring & Suspension. I have all records. Not everything was deemed necessary for reliability when first inspected. My goal was to upgrade and perform preventative maintenance whenever possible to get the most longevity out of the truck.
