Has 5 gal. Propane tank and 2 burner stove. 2 of the 3 jacks are new and one of those is brand new (worth $300 in of itself). Storage space under stove, under front bench, and near door entrance. It has a mattress and table, just not shown in pics. No refrigerator, no water storage or pump. The cheap price is due to current issues - The handle crack and track system for pop-up does not work but may be fixable. An alternative jack setup with 2x4 is currently used as shown in photos. Top roof vent is currently patched with sheeting. Roof leaks near this top vent cover. Has battery setup but (previous owner installed radio) wiring needs fixed since it drains battery. Has a propane heater that works when battery is charged. Battery can be recharged with included plug in adapter cord. - Despite these issues it is usable and just got done living in it for the last few months and just don’t need it anymore.
