#BuiltByYou
Rig Round Up is an independently organized event created by the Small Truck Campers community.
This weekend isn't made possible by sponsors—it's made possible by **you**. Every ticket purchased helps bring Rig Round Up to life, from the venue and activities to the little details that make the weekend special.
We're incredibly grateful to the local businesses, community partners, and brands that have contributed to making this weekend even better, but Rig Round Up exists because of the people who choose to be part of it.
Thank you for being part of this community and helping make Rig Round Up 2026 possible.
We'll See You in the Mountains.

# Everything You Need to Know
Welcome to **Rig Round Up!**
Whether this is your first gathering or you've been part of the community for years, we're excited to have you join us for a weekend of camping, great food, local beer, incredible rigs, and even better people.
Rig Round Up is all about slowing down, making new friends, swapping stories around the campfire, and celebrating a shared love for getting outside. Whether you're arriving in a truck camper, a van, a tent, or anything in between, you're part of the community.
Below you'll find answers to the most common questions to help you prepare for the weekend. If you don't see what you're looking for, don't hesitate to reach out—we're happy to help!

## What types of rigs are welcome?
**All camping rigs are welcome at Rig Round Up!** Whether you travel in a truck camper, van, SUV, rooftop tent, teardrop trailer, travel trailer, motorhome, or anything in between, we'd love to have you join us.
While everyone is welcome, we'll also have a dedicated **Small Truck Camper Village** to honor the event's roots and celebrate the community that inspired Rig Round Up in the first place. No matter what you drive, you'll have a place here.
---
## Can I attend if I don't have a truck camper?
Absolutely! **You do not need a truck camper to attend Rig Round Up.**
Since this is a camping event, you'll need some type of camping setup for the weekend. Whether you're bringing a tent, sleeping in your car, camping in an Aussie swag, a van, rooftop tent, trailer, or any other camping setup, you're more than welcome.
Rig Round Up is all about the people and the adventure—not what you camp in.
---
## Are there bathrooms?

---
## Are there showers?
No. There are **no shower facilities** available during the event, so please plan accordingly.

---
## What happens if it rains?
Rig Round Up is a **rain-or-shine event**, and we'll do our best to proceed as planned if light rain is in the forecast.
However, if severe weather or other unsafe camping conditions are expected, we may need to postpone or cancel the event. If that happens, **all ticket holders will receive either a full refund or the option to apply their purchase as a credit toward a future Rig Round Up event.**
We'll communicate any weather-related updates with attendees as early as possible via email and social media.
---
## What if I can't make it after I've registered?
We understand that plans can change! If something comes up and you're no longer able to attend, **refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis**.
Just send us an email, and we'll do our best to work something out. The more advance notice you can give us, the more likely we'll be able to accommodate your request.
